Rural country home in Menorca of two little houses, one with living room and kitchen and the other to sleep. Located near a forest and on a vast finca with donkey and turtles near Alaior.
Ideal for 12-13 people.

The rural house to rent has one reformed antique part with a rustic living room with fire place, totally equipped kitchen with a dining corner and wood stove. The toilet is on the exterior.

In the other house are two spacious double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two individual beds and a bathroom. Space for two more beds.

The connection between the two houses is on the exterior. Exterior furniture and sun loungers. The rural house has a small private swimming pool.

Solar energy. Access to the property via a country road of apprx. 500m. Parking on the land.

At 2km from the village with its shops, restaurants and banks. At 8km from the beach. Distance to the Mahon airport 6km.
